A New Moon Meditation to Grow Your Intentions
When the moon is new, it’s an especially powerful time to set an intention. This new moon meditation is designed to help you clarify your desires and plant them in the fertile field of all possibilities.
I’m sure you’ve heard that the new moon is a great time to set intentions, but did you know that it’s also a perfect moment to plant those seeds with your own personal meditation?
The new moon represents beginnings and fresh starts, which is exactly what you want for your intention.
We’ve all heard the saying “the best way to achieve something is to visualize it first.” And while that may be true, visualizing your goal isn’t enough. You also need to plant the seeds of your intention into the universe by using an effective meditation technique such as this one.
This meditation will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. You can do it in a quiet place, or even out in nature if you prefer.
